Maybelline Fruit Jelly Gloss

Hola Chicas! I just want to blog about what I got earlier. I went to the market and purchased few cheap stuffs. I must say, I'm not an expert when it comes to make up and I have to admit, I'm still trying to explore beauty stuffs until now. I hope my blogs can help you in some ways. I just wanna let you know that this blog is not a haul okay? =)

so, here are the cheap stuffs that I got, really really cheap! let's start from the left- I got 2 Maybelline Fruit Jelly Gloss at Php 99.00 for 2 from Watsons. can you believe it? two for the price of 1?! =) next, is a green head band at a local tiangge store for only Php 10.00, a comb from Broadway Gems for only Php 12.00 and an oil absorbing paper from Watsons for only Php 39.00. see? I told you, everything's cheap! =) anyway, I want to focus on these two:

Can you believe it? I got these two for only Php 99.00! my eyes popped out after knowing they're selling these two for only Php 99.00! the good thing about it is that, you can choose to have the same product or not. I decided to get two different glosses so that I can have a variety. these two glosses right here are not the usual glosses that I would use and since they're on sale, I just wanna give them a try. I love Maybelline products and I wanna try every single item from they're collection. seriously! LOL anyway, These are Maybelline's Holiday Glam limited edition with flavors in Wild Cherry (orange) and Pink Grape (Pink). it says:

>our formula is enriched with Vit. E and fruit extracts to keep lips healthy and moisturized

>precise diagonal tip allows easy application, minus the mess

>comes in delectable fruity flavors with a fresh lemon scent

let's start with the pink one. the pink one is in Pink Grape flavor.

What I think:

Pros:

- very affordable

- long lasting, can stay on your lips for an hour

- with desirable scent

- suitable for coating matte lipsticks, to add volume to the lips

- can keep your lips moisturized after an hour

- not very sticky

Cons:

- with only 2 different shades to choose from (for the Glam Holiday edition)

- really shiny, making the colors/shades less dominant (what I mean is, you cannot really determine the difference between orange and pink when worn)

- leaves no stain on the lips

would I repurchase? Yes. it could be used to school for everyday, plus it's long lasting, cheap and yummy. LOL =) I hope this blog helps!
